Barrel & Beyond Production Tour
Step behind the scenes at Hye Meadow Winery and discover the artistry that transforms grapes into exceptional wines. The Barrel & Beyond Production Tour offers an engaging and elevated look into our winemaking process—from fermentation to barrel aging—guided by our knowledgeable management team.
Wander through our production spaces, explore the role of oak in shaping each vintage, and gain a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship behind every bottle. Along the way, enjoy thoughtfully selected tastings that highlight the evolution of our wines at different stages.
Equal parts refined and inviting, this experience is designed for those who appreciate both the science and the story of winemaking—paired, of course, with a touch of fun and Hill Country charm.
- Tours take place Friday, Sunday, or after 3pm on Saturdays during open hours
- May not be available during peak production times (usually September - October)
- Tour size limited to 6 people to allow for a more personal experience
- Due to the nature of the tour, children and guests under 21 are not allowed.

Cancellation & Refund Event Policy
Due to the limited seating for events, all ticket sales are subject to the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event are eligible for a 90% refund of the ticket purchase price.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
- Tickets may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to attend. Please notify us in advance of any ticket transfers.
