Cancellation & Refund Event Policy
Due to the limited seating for events, all ticket sales are subject to the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event are eligible for a 90% refund of the ticket purchase price.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
- Tickets may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to attend. Please notify us in advance of any ticket transfers.

Along the way, you'll visit renowned wineries, enjoy exceptional Texas wines, be back at Hye Meadow by 5:30pm and compete for grand prizes, including gift certificates.
