Wine Steward

Duties:
Expectations of the role include: · Ability to increase the sales of our award winning wines and wine club memberships · Ability to lift at least 50lbs · Being comfortable on your feet for extended periods of time · Having a neat, well-groomed appearance · Exceptional customer service, even in a fast paced environment · Being a part of and working with our team
Must have TABC certification and Food Handlers license. Hospitality and industry experience is preferred. Additional job duties include maintaining the upkeep of our tasting room, continuous learning about our wines, attending staff meetings, and more. Tasting Room Facilitator
Need a weekend job? Does working in the breathtaking Hill Country sound like something you would enjoy? Come and join our team in downtown Hye, Texas! We are a short drive from Fredericksburg, Johnson City and Blanco. As a runner, you will be support for our wine stewards and the back bone of the winery! You will help to ensure a wonderful guest experience. You will enjoy a fun, fast paced and friendly atmosphere!
This is a Part-Time position. Hye Meadow Winery is looking for a Tasting Room Facilitator to join our team on Saturdays (10:30AM- 6:30PM) and some Sundays (11:30AM-5:30PM). This position will follow our Tasting Room Manager’s guidance and help with duties involved with the customer experience. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Duties:
Duties for this position will include: Running food, supplying guests with glasses and water, busing tables, transferring inventory, stocking, and much more.
Requirements: Ability to lift at least 50lbs, Being comfortable on your feet for extended periods of time, Having a neat, well-groomed appearance, Exceptional customer service, even in a fast paced environment, Being a part of and working with our team, reliable transportation to and from work and Food Handlers permit is required (easy to acquire).
