The Tasting Table at Hye Meadow Winery offers a refined, immersive experience centered around our award-winning wines—including thoughtfully aged selections that showcase the depth, complexity, and evolution of our portfolio. Guided by our management team, this seated tasting invites guests to explore limited vintages and renowned treasures rarely available elsewhere, each pour telling a story of time, craftsmanship, and terroir.
Complementing the wines, a curated selection of small bites is artfully paired to enhance each tasting, highlighting nuanced flavors and creating a harmonious balance between glass and plate. Designed for those seeking a more intimate and elevated experience, The Tasting Table is an invitation to slow down, savor, and discover Hye Meadow at its most expressive.

Cancellation & Refund Event Policy
Due to the limited seating for events, all ticket sales are subject to the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event are eligible for a 90% refund of the ticket purchase price.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
- Tickets may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to attend. Please notify us in advance of any ticket transfers.
