Production Tour
Get an inside look at our barrel room and production facility; where grape juice becomes wine!
Our 1 hour tour is followed up with a Premium Tasting specialized to your tour, including 5 wines from our award-winning selection.
$40 / person. $20 for club members.
Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance or you'll need to call or email the Tasting Room: tastingroom@hyemeadow.com OR (830) 308-8551
- Tours take place Friday, Sunday, or after 3pm on Saturdays during open hours
- May not be available during peak production times (usually September - October)
- Tour size limited to 6 people to allow for a more personal experience
- Due to the nature of the tour, children and guests under 21 are not allowed.
