Cancellation & Refund Event Policy
Due to the limited seating for events, all ticket sales are subject to the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event are eligible for a 90% refund of the ticket purchase price.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
- Tickets may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to attend. Please notify us in advance of any ticket transfers.

Friendsgiving Karaoke
Gather your favorite people and celebrate Friendsgiving, Hye Meadow style! Join us Saturday, November 14th for an evening filled with great food, Hye Meadow wine, karaoke, and plenty to be thankful for.
The fun kicks off with Karaoke at 7:00 PM, featuring DJ Serene Rhythm, followed by an all-inclusive Thanksgiving dinner at 7:30 PM, prepared by Chef Bob. Dinner is just $20 per person, so bring your friends, grab a glass of wine, and get ready to eat, sing, laugh, and make a few memories along the way.
Whether you're ready to belt out your favorite song or simply cheer on your friends from the audience, this is Friendsgiving without the cooking, cleanup, or family drama!

There's trouble brewing in the Texas Hill Country, and we're calling on a few brave souls to help bring some notorious wine outlaws to justice! Saddle up, round up your posse, and join us on Saturday, January 23, 2027, from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM for The Good, the Bad & the Wine, a Wild West winery scavenger hunt of outlaw proportions! Travel between five participating wineries, track down the most wanted desperados in wine country, solve clues, collect evidence, and enjoy dangerously good wine along the way. Each hideout holds a new mystery, three wine tastings, and another chance to get closer to claiming the ultimate bounty! Whether you're a law-abiding wine lover or a troublemaking desperado, there's a place for you in this posse. So dust off those boots, grab your partner in crime, and prepare for a day of wine, laughter, and good old-fashioned Hill Country mischief!
