Long fruit finish while tart acid plays on the tongue, balanced tannins that linger until the acid is gone giving way to a whole new dimension of flavor.  Rhubarb and sharp cherry, with a balance of spicy earth tones and Hungarian oak that warms to a beautiful butterscotch flavor as it breathes.
