Our new 2013 Hye-Albert Cuvee follows up a wildly successful first effort making bubbles. The new edition proudly wears the TEXAS appellation of origin on the label, as it's made primarily from Chenin Blanc grown in the Texas High Plains. The classic Loire variety lends refreshing flavors of Anjou pear and kiwi, while little bit of Riesling enhances this wine's aromatic qualities and backbone of crisp acidity. Dry. It's a perfect aperitif with which to welcome guests.
