We are now able to operate under the 51% rule. This allows us to open back up so you can enjoy tastings of all your favorite Hye Meadow Wines! In order to make this possible, all wine items now have to be purchased alongside a pairing item chosen by you. Of course, you may also order online and we will ship it or deliver to you in local areas.

Our boutique wines are served in a modern tasting room that overlooks our 42 oak-studded acres. This elegant wine leads with subtle notes of vanilla, tobacco, and sauteed blackberry/cherry notes on the nose. Perfectly balanced acidity, medium body, and soft but spicy black fruit flavors of cherry and plum round out the finish of this perfect, Texas grilling worthy red.
